My journey to this work
My own healing journey began not in a studio, but in the middle of a life that looked fine on the outside and felt completely disconnected on the inside. I tried everything — therapy, self-help, wellness trends — and while each offered something, none of it reached the deeper layer where the real work needed to happen.
It was through energy healing that I first experienced what true alignment felt like. Not a concept, not a belief — a felt sense of being fully present in my own life. That experience changed everything, and I knew I had to learn how to offer it to others.
Today I hold certifications in Angelic Reiki, Access Bars, and Spiritual Life Coaching, and I've been reading tarot as a tool for self-inquiry for over a decade. My approach is direct, grounded, and deeply compassionate — I meet you exactly where you are.
